Return & Refund Policy



Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases made on “Magnum OPUS" registered in the United Arab Emirates, OPUS online ecommerce store.

 

1. Return Eligibility:

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible to return the product subject to the following conditions:

 

1)      Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately from the delivery date. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Due to the perishable nature of our Flowers & Chocolates all claims submitted without proper evidence will not be eligible for replacement/ reshipment.

2)      Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please notify us immediately of delivery.

 

2. Return Process:

 To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

1)      Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a return. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (such as photos of the damaged product).

2)      Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please pack the item securely and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3)      Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

3. Refund Process:

 1)      After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund according to our payment method.

2)      For Online Payment Refunds, please note that refund time of the payment will be up to 14 working days.

3)      Credit Card or Debit Card: If you paid using a credit card or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

4)      Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid using cash on delivery, we will contact you to arrange a suitable refund method.


4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

1)      Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, perishable items such as flowers and plants, Cakes, Chocolates are not eligible for returns.

2)      Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been personalized or customized according to your specifications are not eligible for returns.

 

5. Shipping Costs:

 Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped, damaged or defective product).

 

6. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
